Back on Track

It's been quite some time since I posted. Life happened, and I stopped eating low carb. My body has paid the price for that. I'm back up to just about where I started last time, and was even higher than that not too long ago. Anyhow I'm trying to get back into the low carb way of life, but it's been hard.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, "I'm a carb addict!" Now I have to break that addiction or I'll keep feeling like crap and gaining weight.

So here's to starting off on a new low carb way of life!
